Race 2 (2013) is a Hindi-language neo-noir action thriller directed by Abbas–Mustan and produced by Ramesh S. Taurani under the Tips Industries banner. A sequel to the 2008 film Race, it continues the saga of high-stakes crime, betrayal, and revenge.  The story follows businessman Ranvir Singh (Saif Ali Khan), who arrives in Turkey to avenge the death of his wife, Sonia (Bipasha Basu).  He discovers that she was killed by Armaan Malik (John Abraham), a powerful don leading a Turkish mafia.  With the help of his childhood friend, Inspector Robert D’Costa (Anil Kapoor), Armaan’s sister Aleena (Deepika Padukone), and Robert’s assistant Cherry (Ameesha Patel), Ranvir devises a plan to take revenge on Armaan.  The film is set against exotic locales and features a plot filled with twists and turns, keeping the audience on the edge of their seats.
