Kuwara (2000) – Bollywood Movie

Kuwara is a romantic comedy directed by David Dhawan, known for his signature style of slapstick humor and mistaken identities. The film follows the story of a carefree young man named Raju who travels to the city in search of work. Along the way, he meets a woman named Urmila who has been abandoned by her lover and is now pregnant. To help her, Raju pretends to be her husband and takes her to his conservative family’s home. Chaos, confusion, and comedy ensue as he tries to keep up the charade while falling in love with someone else. The film is a remake of the Telugu movie Bavagaru Bagunnara.
