Animal (2023) is a Hindi-language action drama directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. The film delves into the tumultuous relationship between a father and his son, exploring themes of love, vengeance, and transformation.  Ranvijay “Vijay” Singh (Ranbir Kapoor), the son of a powerful industrialist, undergoes a brutal transformation after an assassination attempt on his father.  This sets him on a path of vengeance and destruction, leading to a fractured bond with his father (Anil Kapoor).  The film’s intense narrative is complemented by its action sequences and performances.  Despite mixed reviews, Animal became one of the highest-grossing Indian films of 2023, grossing over ₹917 crore worldwide.
