“Chachi 420” is a 1997 Bollywood comedy-drama film directed by and starring Kamal Haasan. The film is about Jaiprakash Paswan, a loving father who disguises himself as an elderly female nanny named “Lakshmi Godbole” (Chachi 420) to stay close to his young daughter after a bitter divorce. As he juggles his dual identity, hilarity ensues, along with emotional moments that highlight the importance of family, love, and sacrifice.
