Vaada (2005) is a Hindi-language romantic thriller directed by Satish Kaushik. The film delves into the complexities of love, obsession, and revenge. Rahul Verma (Arjun Rampal) and Pooja Sharma (Ameesha Patel) are a devoted married couple. Their lives take a tragic turn when they meet with a severe accident, resulting in Rahul losing his eyesight. During a business trip abroad, Rahul befriends Karan Srivastav (Zayed Khan), a dynamic and ambitious individual. Impressed by Karan’s business acumen, Rahul invites him to join his company. As the story unfolds, Karan’s obsessive love for Pooja resurfaces, leading to a series of events that blur the lines between love and vengeance.
