Ek Se Badhkar Ek (2004) is a Hindi-language comedy film directed by Kundan Shah.  The story revolves around Rahul Bhargav (Suniel Shetty), a gardener’s son who unexpectedly inherits a fortune of ₹4 billion.  A clerical error in the will stipulates that the beneficiary must be a notorious criminal don to claim the inheritance.  Reluctantly, Rahul embarks on a journey to assume the role of a don, with the assistance of his neighbor, police inspector Kanchan Dhillon (Raveena Tandon), who has her own motives.  Their partnership leads to a series of comedic and thrilling events, including a mix-up involving a nuclear scientist and a notorious gangster, Jindal.  The film blends humor with action as the characters navigate the complexities of crime and law enforcement.
