Wah! Tera Kya Kehna (2002) is a Hindi-language comedy film directed by Manoj Agrawal. The story revolves around Raj Oberoi (Govinda), the pampered grandson of industrialist Krishna Oberoi (Shammi Kapoor).  Raj’s uncles, Dilip (Shakti Kapoor) and Ashish (Rana Jung Bahadur), along with his cousin Vikram (Mohnish Bahl), plot to seize the family fortune.  After an accident leaves Raj with a childlike demeanor, his relatives see it as an opportunity to take control.  Meanwhile, a lookalike of Raj, Banne Khan (also Govinda), is persuaded by Murari (Kader Khan) to impersonate Raj and reclaim the inheritance.  The film unfolds with comedic situations as Banne Khan steps into Raj’s life, leading to a series of events that aim to restore justice.
